Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was in a bustling location close to delicious restaurants, but the presence of homeless and drug addicts nearby created a negative atmosphere. The rooms, although small and lacking storage space, were clean and tidy. The service was exceptional, with helpful and sweet staff members. However, the dining experience fell short with limited options and small shower facilities.
The hotel had small but adequate rooms with a nice coffee machine, water, comfy bed, and large TV. However, the lack of a view and natural light was a real downside. Despite some cleanliness issues like ripped wallpaper, the room was generally tidy. The location in an area with a lot of junkies and the Tenderloin surroundings made me feel uncomfortable to walk around freely during the day.
I was excited to have a king suite, so I expected a spacious room, but it turned out to be smaller than I thought with no windows to the outside. However, the hotel staff were really amazing, providing nice and simple service. The location seemed ideal, but in reality, it was not great due to safety concerns at night. The dining options were limited, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel was a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
